1. Who We Are & What We Offer

Pulse Productions Inc. provides wedding photography, videography, DJ, and photo booth services throughout BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Our website serves as a hub for showcasing our work, sharing wedding tips, and allowing clients to inquire about our services.

 

2. Website & Social Media Use

We love sharing our work with you, but there are a few simple rules:

  • No Unauthorized Downloads or Usage – All photos, videos, and content on our website and social media belong to Pulse Productions Inc. You may not download, copy, modify, or distribute any content without our express permission. This includes (but not limited to) our social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

  • No Screenshots – Please do not take screenshots or screen recordings of our work for personal or business use without prior approval.

  • No Content Scraping – Our website content is protected. You may not use automated tools to scrape or extract content from our site.

  • Misuse of Contact Forms – Our contact forms are for genuine inquiries only. Spamming, soliciting, or using these forms for anything other than their intended purpose is not permitted.

 

3. Ownership & Usage of Photos and Videos

When you hire Pulse Productions Inc. for photography or videography services, you receive high-resolution digital files for personal use. However:

  • We Retain Copyright – Pulse Productions Inc. retains full copyright and ownership of all photos and videos we create.

  • Personal Use Only – You are welcome to share your photos and videos for personal use, including on social media, but you may not alter them, sell them, or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

  • Promotional Rights – We reserve the right to use photos and videos from weddings and events we capture for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, advertising, and marketing materials.

If you would prefer certain images or videos not to be shared publicly, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

4. Third-Party Links

Sometimes, we may link to third-party websites (such as wedding vendors or venues we love). These links are for your convenience, but we’re not responsible for the content, policies, or security of those websites. Use them at your own discretion.

 

5. Dispute Resolution

We aim to provide an amazing experience, but if an issue arises, here’s how disputes will be handled:

  • Arbitration First – Any disputes will first be handled through arbitration to find a fair resolution for both parties.

  • Legal Action If Necessary – If arbitration doesn’t resolve the dispute, legal action may be pursued where applicable.

  • Governing Law – These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the province where Pulse Productions Inc. is based.
